Stir-fried shrimp with mango, rice

 Ingredients

  • 360gshrimp
  • 1mango
  • 1onion
  • 1Ginger
  • 2Red peppers
  • 240grice
  • -Olive oil
  • -salt pepper
  • 1Curry Homemade Recipe
  • -Ancho pepper

Preparation tips



  1.      Place the rice in a pan of salted water and cook for 10 minutes. from boiling.
  1.      Slice the onion and chop the ginger. (You can reduce the amount of ginger if you like milder flavors).
  1.      Wash and cut the peppers into small cubes.
  1.      Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and ginger for 2 minutes.
  1.      Add the cubed peppers and continue cooking for 10 minutes. stirring them from time to time.

  2.      Peel and cut the mango into small cubes. 
  1.      Drain the rice.
  1.      Pour the cut mango and the shrimp into the pan, add salt and pepper, and fry for 5 minutes. Add the spices.
  1.      Serve immediately with the rice.
